We created Nova Owl to simplify our back office work, giving our team more time to focus on you. Owl streamlines verification for safe fund disbursement and provides a secure portal for sending and receiving title and closing documents.

Your role in a transaction can change, too. You might be representing a client while buying or selling a property of your own, with several transactions underway at once. You’ll use the same account for all of them, with access appropriate to your role as a buyer, seller or agent in each closing.

Owl verifies you as an individual, once rather than for every transaction. Your identity stays with you, even if your name, email address, phone number or brokerage changes.
